Flavor and texture was good. It stuck to the pan. Watch ingredient list: it says "lemon" but instruction call for "lemon peal". Doesnt say what to do with peal.

  3. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  6. 1 cup hellmannu00e2u20acu2122s or best foods canola cholesterol free mayonnaise
  7. 1/4 cup sour cream
  8. 1 tablespoon lemon
  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

The instruction how to make Golden Citrus Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u00b0. Spray Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. In medium bowl, with wire whisk, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.
  3. In large bowl, with electric mixer on medium speed, beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat Hellmannsu00ae or Best Foodsu00ae Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon peel and vanilla and beat well. On low speed, beat in flour mixture just until blended. Spoon batter into prepared pan.
  4. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. On wire rack, cool 15 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely. Sprinkle, if desired, with confectioners sugar and serve with fresh fruit.
